LAMP Teambuilding Event: Module 1
On January 13, 2015, the LAMP class gathered for their first team leadership session at the Old Poway Park. The teams participated in field exercises that offered three important learning objectives:
A sense of group identity
A high level of communication and trust under pressure
A sense of group efficacy

EPSE Teambuilding Event: Module 3, Class of 2015
The EPSE Class took to the field again on February 23, but this time the class was at the UCSD Challenge Course on campus. The event marked the beginning of Module 3. This day is designed to help people perform even though the element of fear is introduced by sending them 30 – 40 feet up in the air. EPSE Teambuilding Event, Module 2 is Underway
On November 12, the EPSE Class of 2013 gathered once again at the Rosa Sattoria Ranch. For the beginning of module two, new teams were formed and went after four important training objects: a sense of group identity, a sense of group efficacy, a high level of communication and trust under pressure, and the ability to organize quickly and make rapid and effective decisions.

The Leadership and Management Program (LAMP) conducted its second session in the field on March 13th. There were four leadership learning objectives: a sense of group identity for the newly formed teams, the importance of trust and communication, the need for rapid and effective decision-making, and the control of emotions under pressure.

On March 5, 2012, the Executive Perspective for Scientists and Engineers (EPSE) class was in the field again. This time they were going after the high ropes course at Camp Stevens in Julian.
