Private Distillery Tour at Cutwater was a Success (Recap)
A group of EPSE/LAMP alumni got to partake in a private distillery tour at the rather new and hugely popular Cutwater Spirits in the Miramar area in San Diego. The group was taken through the entire process from the fermentation in their custom 6,600 gallon wooden tanks all the way to the bottling line at the end. What a treat and not to mention tasty! The tour was setup as part of the alumni outreach program.

Class of 2018 Retreat – They Call it “Duck Weed”!
As the EPSE Class of 2018 arrived at Rosa Sattoria Ranch in Rainbow, CA, we all looked at the nice, grassy field beyond the parking area. It seemed like it should be a lake, but clearly, it was not water we observed.
