Supply Chain Management Seminar

Is the supply chain important to your company? Is there a role for a technical professional to play in creating a robust supply chain? Some recent companies who have not considered the importance of the supply chain have paid the price including Samsung, Apple, Tesla and Toyota. It is not enough to have a technology advantage or the world’s premier manufacturing system.

Today’s supply chain has become risky and complex. From government regulations to counterfeit parts to Intellectual Property to transportation strikes to natural disasters – all these and more play out in the supply chain of today. What are these risks and challenges and how can you support your company in building a more robust and resilient supply chain?
